Kind News is a children’s magazine published by RedRover. Aimed primarily at elementary school students, the magazine promotes kindness and respect for people and animals.

• It supports social-emotional learning by teaching children to be compassionate and responsible.
• Many articles focus on how to treat animals kindly and understand their needs.
• Includes fun activities, puzzles, and stories to engage young readers and encourage critical thinking.
• It’s used in schools, libraries, and homes, often as a tool to encourage discussions about kindness and ethics.

NKAWF is bringing Kind News to more Kansas students by sponsoring 15 classrooms for the 2025-26 school year. Teachers interested in being a recipient of a complimentary year of Kind News should fill out the grant application below.
